In this video, we go over how we recently found out that one of the largest manufacturers in the USA, Lennox, has made it more difficult for homeowners to look up their warranty information. In fact, they may have made it impossible for a homeowner to look up their own information without contacting their local Lennox dealer. The issue becomes that some contractors may lie to their customers trying to sell a new HVAC system and tell them that the warranty is no longer valid which is a lie!
